The application process for the Good Shepherd Gracenter includes the following steps:

A woman who is interested in applying is invited to fill out the on-line Introduction Page and send it to Gracenter. Or you can print it and fax it. | |

After receiving the Introduction Page, the case manager from Good Shepherd Gracenter will contact you for a follow-up telephone interview and answer any of your questions. | |

If there appears to be a good fit, the case manager will invite you to visit Gracenter for an interview. |
